Nursery Practitioner

Smart Education are recruiting passionate Nursery Practitioners to support nurseries across Bristol. Whether you are an experienced Nursery Practitioner or looking to build experience in early years, we have flexible opportunities to suit you.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support children’s learning and development, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support learning and development in line with EYFS
  • Create a safe, stimulating environment
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Support daily routines and activities
  • Follow safeguarding and nursery policies

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification (preferred)
  • Experience as a Nursery Practitioner or in early years
  • Caring, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
